JIS-ITF 15-digit is a variation of ITF which requires the user to input 15 digits. The sixteenth character is a check digit which is generated automatically. This variation also has a bearer bar and uses OCR-B fonts.

Typically, the numbers are set apart in groupings. Bar Code Pro allows any grouping through the use of spaces and hyphens. To achieve a grouping of 5-5-3-2-1 enter spaces after the fifth, tenth, thirteenth and fifteenth characters (xxxxx xxxxx xxx xx ), for example.
